Tracking the client's progress regularly through measurements, weigh-ins, and other relevant metrics to ensure they stay on track towards their goals.
Conducting regular check-ins with clients to review their progress, discuss any obstacles or setbacks, and make necessary adjustments to their plan helping them to stay on tract.
Offering on-going support, encouragement, and motivation to help clients stay focused and overcome challenges throughout their weight loss journey.
Equipping clients with knowledge on recognizing cues to eat, even when not hungry, understanding the influence of self-talk on our behaviours, strategies to overcome procrastination, and fostering healthy habits. This empowers clients to make informed choices and cultivate lasting lifestyle changes.
Helping clients identify and address any barriers or obstacles that may hinder their progress, and providing strategies to overcome them effectively.
